Welcome to KBI Homes (“KBI Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kbihomes.com and any related pages, features, content, forms, or services we make available (collectively, the “Site”).

Any rental decisions (e.g., approvals, lease terms, deposit amounts) are made outside this Site and are subject to our application criteria, background and screening processes, local laws, and written lease agreements executed by all parties.
Images, floorplans, virtual tours, features, and square footage are approximate and provided for illustrative purposes.
3) Application Submissions, Fees & E‑Signatures (If Enabled)
If the Site allows rental applications, maintenance requests, tour scheduling, e‑signatures, or online payments, you agree:
to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed;

Venue: Unless otherwise required by law, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia or Jackson County, Michigan for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to seek informal resolution.
